Christie Petrone

Senior Manager, Public Relations
Christie Petrone has diverse experience fighting for the rights of those who face inequality. Over the past decade, Christie has forged meaningful relationships with journalists at the nation’s top media outlets, securing coverage of critical issues such as health care reform, contraceptive funding and the needs of medically underserved children.

Most recently, Christie was the Senior Communications Manager at Children’s Health Fund, where she implemented proactive communication strategies that enhanced the organization’s advocacy efforts and raised its profile. Prior to CHF, Christie leveraged media to advance reproductive rights as both the Senior Press Officer of Health Care at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the Director of Community Affairs at Planned Parenthood Greater Memphis Region.
